Nagakoganegumo VS. Suzumebachi

JARED: Mom and I went to an old jinja (shrine) in our town and saw this nagakoganegumo (yellow & black orb spider/golden orb weaver spider) wrapping up this suzumebachi (Asian/Japanese Giant Hornet) in its web today. I'm glad the spider won because suzumebachi are dangerous! I rate this fight 6 out of 6 insect legs!

EVERETT: It looks like the suzumebachi's tsuyoi (strong) and he's doing judo. It looks like he's winning in judo. It looks like the spider's doing judo, too. I like this fight! It's cool!

Mom's Comments: I was told this is the most dangerous time of season for suzumebachi, so be careful everyone! Oh, and Everett has been known to have an overactive imagination from time to time, which might explain his above remarks.
